Every month I will be giving a select group of independent bands my platform to share their music! This is Episode 6!
If you'd like to submit your music, fill out This Form.
Each artist will be forevermore added to a public Spotify playlist, known as "The Platform."
Each band featured in this blog submitted their music through the form linked above. You can find each of their individual music videos and social media links below if you'd like to support them further.
Artist 1:
Night Thieves
Song - "Home"
I asked Night Thieves, "what makes your band unique?" This is what they had to say;
"We are an alternative metal band from London, Uk, blending huge dripped tuned chunky riffs with epic soaring choruses! All of this is combined with sone progressive elements to make a sound completely our own. Our debut album was released on 20th March.."

A bit more about NIGHT THIEVES (taken from their Spotify):
"Londoners NIGHT THIEVES just can’t be stopped. The alluring UK alt-metallers continue their swift ascent, armed with hammering riffs, ultra-catchy refrains, and a barrage of killer hooks. Their much-anticipated debut album, Metaxis, is out now!
Already recognised for their potent blend of alt-metal teeming with heartfelt, dynamic songwriting, NIGHT THIEVES have picked up widespread acclaim from tastemakers including Kerrang! Radio, BBC Radio One, Metal Hammer, Planet Rock, Powerplay Magazine, Kerrang!, Total Rock, and Fireworks Magazine. Their rapid rise has also seen them share stages with Marisa and the Moths, Chuggaboom, and more, further cementing their status as one of the country’s most exciting emerging metal acts.
Building on the momentum of their 2024 Polarity EP, produced by Grammy-nominated maestro Romesh Dodangoda (Bring Me The Horizon, Nova Twins, Funeral For A Friend), the band once again teamed up with Dodangoda to craft Metaxis. The result is a stunning, sprawling statement that pushes their sound into rousing new territory, positioning them to break through to the next level.
Fueled by an electrifying debut album and an expanding live schedule, the year ahead promises to be a defining chapter in the band’s ascent."

Kimorah
Song - "The Exit"
I asked Kimorah, "what makes your band unique?" This is what they had to say;
"We don’t just make heavy music, we create something intimate.
There’s always this tension between beauty and chaos in our sound,
and we think that’s what makes it feel real"

-Influences vary but our diversity, talent & creativity play out in a most unique way.
-our debut single "finding forever" showcases a new shift in rock.
inspired to feel something past the shallow digital facade.
-To allow yourself to get lost in the melody & music & escape in the moment."

Artist 4:
Hell Hotel
Song - "Every Broken Part."
I asked Hell Hotel, "what makes your band unique?" This is what they had to say;
"We are a band that advocates for mental health but also we tell the stories of our traumas in our songs in hopes that each one we write is relatable to someone else going through it, or something similar. Our first song of many is called Fix My Heart and it depicts our lead singer in a very vulnerable situation going through therapy and the start of his healing journey. As long as it helps someone realize they arent alone, or the only one going through it, maybe it will give them help and hope that they need to keep pushing forward"

More about Hell Hotel (from their Spotify):
"we hope you enjoy your stay"

Artist 5:
Still Love
Song - "Depths"
I asked Still Love "what makes your band unique?" This is what they had to say;
"What makes our band unique is how we blend emotional
vulnerability with heavy post-hardcore atmosphere.
Drawing influence from artists like Underoath, Saosin, Deftones, & nothing,nowhere.
We try to balance melodic intensity with raw, confessional lyrics.
Rather than hiding emotions behind metaphor,
we focus on being honest and personal—turning real internal struggles
into songs that feel cinematic and emotionally heavy.
At the end of the day, we just want our music to feel human, atmospheric,
and something people can genuinely connect with."
