Every month I will be giving a select group of independent bands my platform to share their music! This is take 1!

If you'd like to submit your music, fill out This Form.

Each artist will be forevermore added to a public Spotify playlist, known as "The Platform."

These are the first five bands to be featured! You can find each of their individual music videos and social media links below if you'd like to support them further.

Artist 1:

A Greater Danger (NY)

Song - "Interloper"

A bit about A Greater Danger (taken from their Spotify):

The Syracuse, NY rock & metalcore quartet consists of Chad Douglas [Vocals], Fred Turner [Guitar, Vocals], Taylor Porter [Drums] and Chandler Porter [Bassist]. Their EP 'Past Is Prologue' was released in 2016 and helped quickly establish AGD’s presence in the local community. After realizing the potential of their platform they broke out onto the music scene in 2018 and have gone on to open for acts such as 'Crown the Empire', 'We Came As Romans', 'Currents' and many more delivering a message of unity & self expression to as many people as they can reach.

The band are also the organizers of Syracuse-based music and arts festival, "Hallowfest 315" bringing together music, flash tattoo artists, small business owners as vendors, and other unique events and it is quickly becoming the premiere fall event in Upstate NY that you don't want to miss!

A bit about Deepstate (from their Spotify):

DEEPSTATE is a framework used to explain mistrust in power, mixing real institutional influence with speculation about secret coordination.

We are a Post-Hardcore band from Orange County, California. We have a mid-2000's nostalgic sound, blending with modern production and songwriting.

Artist 4:

Phantom Limbs (FL)

Song - "Omen"

A bit about Phantom Limbs (from their Spotify):

Phantom Limbs is Teeco Alfonso (vocals), Chris Acosta (guitar), Michael Roman (bass), and Justin Kemp (drums). Their goal is to change the listeners emotional state, and start moving our culture towards healthier mental states. Coming from Central Florida, where the scene is on the rise - Phantom Limbs delivered 2 crushing singles out of the gate (Consider That Bridge Burned, Butterfly Net), generating tens of thousands of streams - and hundreds of thousands of views on their first swing. To follow that up, they shared the other side - with a fresh and more rock-based song “I’ve Been Wrong”. This song has been shaping the direction of the songs to come as far as feel, and delivery as it continues to steadily win over YouTube and TikTok listeners and grow towards being their most widely impactful song to date. With just a few songs released.
