Get to know Visenya:
Hailing from New Jersey, Visenya labels themselves as "heavy pop." Where other bands might start with a metal base, Visenya's approach to songwriting always starts at their pop and r&b roots. Influenced by artists like Michael Jackson, Craig David, Justin Timberlake, and Usher, vocalist James Perry's soulful vocals are at the forefront, while they incorporate the heavy elements of the Warped tour bands they grew up on into the instrumentation later.

The Debut EP "Empty Spaces"
Visenya released singles over the course of 2025, culminating in their latest EP "Empty Spaces" in December, to high praise and acclaim (500K+ streams on Spotify alone). Drawing comparisons to acts like Issues, and vocalists like Tyler Carter and Jonny Craig, Visenya thought it only made sense to enlist Issues' former DJ, and Grammy-winning producer lophile (Tyler Acord) to feature on their single "Flow State."
What Comes Next
With this release and beyond, Visenya aims to double down on delivering memorable pop and r&b influenced metalcore, with heavy riffs that will have listeners dancing and banging their heads and catchy melodies that will get stuck in that same head for the rest of the week (at the very least)!
